Clicking (on the DAC?) is normal as the data changes. If that's the sound of a relay. To be honest I'm always paranoid that part will wear out (as it's a physical part), so I always play the same format tracks each session.
Alpha 2 has been running without a hiccup on my 8GB RPi 4 for some time now (over a week?). I'm not sure about this, but could there be more clicks at the start of tracks as the bit-depth/sampling rate changes. Has anyone else noticed this?
I know that is just me being stupid, as not using the relay may actually make it worse (will it get stuck/sticky?)

I cannot get SO to install on Ubuntu 23.10 64-bit Server. I've tried five times or more, now. I have the same error that AK thought might be a download problem.

Drop it in the install window (or install it manually) and see if it's any better?
