To edit the file, run

Save the file and reboot and the problem should go away.

It worked!!!!  Web App is open and good to go!

Roon Bridge works just fine though I won't get a chance to hear it for a couple days  
Squeezelite seems to show up in Roon as well
Unfortunately, upmpdcli refuses to install and says:
