Meanwhile, I'll stick to increasing my meagre Linux skills Given your wide use of Pi's, perhaps you can help AK by reviewing the Wiki and improving the content on Pi side? That will free up AK to spend more time improving SO itself.
I'm pushed for time, too - aren't we all? - but I'd be very happy to have a look at the wiki content.
In other words, it may be a week or two before work calms down enough for me to find enough time to engage with it productively.

I'll get back on to it tomorrow. Thanks! That kind of sucks? 23.10 is supposed to work with Raspberry Pi 5. I'm going to order the Pi 5 only in Jan so it'll be a while before I can get my hands on.. While you can test the Raspberry Pi OS now, to be honest, Ubuntu just feels faster and more responsive (as it should as Ubuntu is streamlined for speeds while Debian is more for generic support)
The issue is that Snakeoil OS doesn't install on 23.10 64-bit server. Here's the output from Terminal:
Quote:Running kernel seems to be up-to-date.
Failed to check for processor microcode upgrades.
No services need to be restarted.
No containers need to be restarted.
No user sessions are running outdated binaries.
No VM guests are running outdated hypervisor (qemu) binaries on this host.

So, I'm stuck. And I suspect we all are until you get your RPi 5, @"agent_kith"?
