There are inherent problems with Snakeoil providing ISOs and images. It's down to money and time. So while it may seem easier on your side, Who's paying for that ultimately? I am (+ 1 sponsor).
I'm personally down AUD $50 to $70 every month. Supplying multiple ISOs will add to those costs. High cost of living in Australia and lack of job security means I have to be prudent.
Maybe I should start a kick starter project to ask for funding? Or maybe I will do a coffee pledge.. Will think about this in.. stay tuned.
Times seem to be hard for everybody.. Looking at the the server prices right now, they're hardly worth it (Maybe things will sweeten come cyber monday?)
I meant no offence, AK. I hadn't been aware of the difficulties of maintaining the software and how much you're paying for hosting (surely you can save money there if you can find time to move everything (I know, I know)).
Maybe having more SO users will help with donations. Maybe they will merely increase the support burden. I don't know.
Meanwhile, I'll stick to increasing my meagre Linux skills

@"uglymusic" Looks like Pi foundation is not going to get 22.04 LTS to work on Pi 5. But apparently 23.04 works. Can you try and boot 23.04 but still run the ubuntu jammy aarch64 script? I'm going to try doing this on the Pi 4 tomorrow.
<snip>
I've tried 23.10, but no go. I'll see if I can find 23.04 - it's not on the RPi Imager AFAICS.
I'll get back on to it tomorrow. Thanks!
