More developers are needed. Please look into the backlog and pick up tickets. Once I release 1.4.4 will look into creating a development environment that's easier for people to get in. Realistically I did not focus on that before since nobody wanted to help on the development side.
The monthly donations coming in to the project is not even enough to cover the monthly costs of renting the computer equipment, let alone my time. This might get harder down the stretch if I do not land a new job

Right now I can continue to put up time and money to keep this going, but the pace will not be as quick given this is mostly a 2 person show (@"Snoopy8" doing the documentation and me on everything else - and there is a lot to do in everything else).
So is this project still alive? yes, however, "for how long" is the question. If everybody just sits back and expect to get something for nothing, then the project will die once I run out of money (i.e. I cannot afford to pay for the infrastructure).
My passion for music listening will not go away though, so I will continue to write code to improve the way on how I listen to music. Just that the code will not be shared since i don't have the infrastructure to host them.
