Do you have a separate snakeoil-installer-1.1.0-x86_64.sh ? If there is, can I get it?

Unfortunately 1.1.x only come in ISOs. So no.

Yes, go to this post (Link), and download the NVMe kernel. apply the kernel and reboot. Obviously for this to work you'll need to install this over a non NVMe first. but once you use this kernel you can change your main boot OS to NVMe.
