Unfortunately 1.1.x only come in ISOs. So no.

Is it possible to make snakeoil-1.1.0 see Nvme disk?

Yes, go to this post (Link), and download the NVMe kernel. apply the kernel and reboot. Obviously for this to work you'll need to install this over a non NVMe first. but once you use this kernel you can change your main boot OS to NVMe.
