after reboot no dac

What happens if you:
1. Completely power down the PC for 10 seconds and power it back on again? 
2. Disconnect the USB cable and reconnect after 10 seconds?

Go to the players page, and look at the output devices page. Do you see any output devices?

1) player is still connected. But when I click on a stream (radiotunes for example). Than player disconnect.
2) player still connected.  Player disconnect after playing stream. 

When I play through Qobuz no problems.
