[SOLVED] [split] Cannot Activate Snakeoil in 1.2.x (Gear Isolation)

I'm sorry that both ctrl-F5, & "http://snakeoil.local/snakeoil" doesn't work.  In these days, I've "fresh install"ed few times for different testing purpose.  Yet everytime the problem is still there.  Pls. help.

If above didn't work, try and use the IP address (http://ip_address_here/pages/snakeoil) and see if that works. What browser are you using? And what version of Snakeoil? Try and update to 1.2.4 and see if that helps.

Free edition of Snakeoil should only have "Snakeoil" menu, and no sub-items under it.

No worry, it's all fine.

Well, both http://snakeoil.local/pages/snakeoil and http://ip_address_here/pages/snakeoil, with ctrl-F5 still don't work.  But once there was a very very brief flash of a screen looks like about donation, after I first time clicked the "activate" button with above method.  Then I can't reproduce that scene. 

And, I understand there is not sub-items under "Snakeoil" menu before activated.  Yet they are there, I got no idea what's happening.  

For the browser, I've tried chrome, edge, safari on Win PC, iPad, MacBook, and android phone, they all return the same result.

I hope when my NUC arrived, Snakeoil works with it normally, then all the abovementioned problems is no longer a problem... kakak
