Rasptouch can't boot SNAKEOIL

I have a RASPTOUCH (RPI3+ with ESS9023DAC) from Audiophonics.https://www.audiophonics.fr/fr/lecteurs-..._search=fs

I can't boot Snakeoil;at starting, the rasptouch display only the multicoclor screen and that's all!!!

Any idea? Thanks

i tried burster image....same issue.
if can help, Rasptouch works fine with Volumio and Picoreplayer

That's interesting. If you see the 4 color box, it would appear you're stuck at the boot up stage of Pi. As to why it's stuck there I'm not really sure. Perhaps disconnect everything and try the buster image again and see how it goes?

 Sorry, the SDcard was probably dead, i chage it now i can boot....i will  test snakeoil.
