I thought maybe there was an issue with permissions in squeezelite ... so I changed the squeezelite.1  in the www/scratch folder to 777 ....  it didn't do anything.

I'm going to reintall the 1.3 firmware to see if that helps anything
nope ... didn't do anything .... mostly because i assume it saw itself as being the current version already ... but was worth a try
