but which is the best combination server+player you have tested?
which setup are you using actually?

Mpd with MAFA app is my preferred option, used most of the time.
LMS, Upmpdcli with Squeezer app for accessing Qobuz
MinimServer with BubbleUpnp app to play multi channel music to home theatre
