I have two small Azulle mini-PCs, including their new Access stick PC with ethernet and would love to hear Snakoil on them. The only 32 bit EFI systems I'm aware of are old Macs. Most systems uses 64 bit EFI these days, with 64 biti CPUs. Could be wrong on this though but I'm assuming those systems you mention above are all 64 bit compatible? For those instances the 64 bit ISO should work (let me know if they don't).
However, there will be an issue if you want to install 32 bit Snakeoil OS. As the 32 bit ISO don't have UFI partition on it. Perhaps you can try this and let me know how it goes: link. The problem is finding a bootloader that works. And having no such hardware to test, I can't do anything from here.
