Until I have the custom kernel builder ready (no ETA), I don't think Ubuntu is ready for primetime to be used on Raspberry Pi.

Wait till next year when Ubuntu 24.04 LTS is released (April 2024 I think), that is probably going to be the best bet of a good OS.. Until then, going with Bookworm is the better bet in terms of stability.
