Hi all,
Before I start I would like to thank Agent Kith, what an awesome operating system that is almost fool proof. I would describe myself as a rank amateur when it comes to computers and systems. I have had a few pointers from Snoopy8 (also on Stereonet in Australia) and with his direction I have been able to download the sotfware and connect to my Nas.
I have copied some music onto my hard drive and also been able to connect through to my Tidal account.
I have not been able to use the MPD music player which is my next step. I do have an old 32 bit computer with only 2 gig of ram.
I have copied across a couple of screen snips.
google roll a dice
The last screen is as far as I get unfortunately.
In addition the Programmable USB Ports keeps going into a long never ending spiral.

My understanding is that I need to delete the music player and then reinstall to get it to work. Are you using 1.0.9? If yes, go to the first post here, download and apply the hotfix patch (Simply download the file, and drop it into the "Install Box" in the Systems menu).
Restart your players and let me know if that works for you then. This problem will be fixed in 1.0.10, but I havn't got to finish up some of the issues to release it. Apologies..

I am using 1.1.9 (Blind testing U9) and I have tried the hot fix patch as well as the duplicate albums in myMPD.

I have no idea what happened or what I did (most unlikely that I did much) but 21.22 is now working for me. First impresssions are that LMS with its iPeng interface/Tidal/Qobuz and NAS library is far more user friendly and will take a lot to shift me to MFD. Having said that, the comparison will be fun.
