I am running SO 1.4 on two X86 boxes with LMS on one and Squeezelite V2 on another. I did test using a Pi5 with Squeezelite V2 but not recently. If @"agent_kith" cannot identify a fix, I will do a more testing...

Can you please check the config parameters from Moode and see whether it is in Snakeoil. One of the challenges with using Ubuntu is that it does not know about DAC hats. Something that @"agent_kith" may need to add into the install?
