Repository Error

In this latest update of LMS 8, the following change was made:
 

• PR #267 - HTTPS certificates are now validated when LMS acts as a client. HTTPS connections to plugin repositories are no-longer retried over HTTP when they fail. The old insecure behaviour can optionally be re-enabled, although, instead, we recommend working out why HTTPS is broken in your environment and fixing that if possible. 
  

With this change this error appears in the Plugins section

"https://repos.squeezecommunity.org/extensions.xml - Connect timed out"

Any idea what has to be changes to get rid of this error?

ps. Still loving SO, best LMS I've  used.

Pls. try uninstall it and then reboot and then reinstall it.   Sometimes it helps.   I encounter and solve similar problem with Minimserver recently.  Good Luck.
