I can not find any good mpd client for macos. Till now I can not find any better music streamer than ROON. I am running Roon(server) now with snakeoil. Roon has the best integration of apps and server. LMS is also not my taste. So any suggestions are welcome.

Have you tried the material skin on LMS and snakeoil? I think it should be the default. Its just a click or two to get on.

Let me know if I can help. I love the skin, it is very polished.

The newest ympd is actually good for mpd. It is still a low profile one, but the settings options are great. Here https://www.ympd.org/

The ympd fork 'myMPD' is quite a bit more user friendly and works with album artwork.
It is default in latest Snakeoil.
