Pi4 just installed ubuntu 24.04 RT:   Linux 6.8.0-2005-raspi-realtime #5-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_RT, but can not install arm v7 1.3.6.sh as Ubuntu 24 may not support arm v7 anymore:
 sudo pro attach 
sudo reboot
sudo apt install ubuntu-pro-client
sudo pro enable realtime-kernel --variant=raspi

wait for missing agent to update firmware to support aarch64 pi 4b on ubuntu 24.04
