CamillaDSP needs to work with an ALSA output. Hence not possible to use CamillaDSP on LMS (with UPnP plugin). Perhaps try the LMS DSP plugin?

Thanksfor the quick reply. I used for the brutefir plugin with LMS + UPnP bridge plugin with Ubuntu 16.04 and SO 1.2x for some years. So I thought this should be possible with Camilla as well. That brutefir plugin seems to not exist anymore. It also didn't work with Ubuntu 22.04. Tried the SQUeezeDSP plugin already without success. I had success going another way: There is a beta version of bubbleupnpserver (https://bubblesoftapps.com/bubbleupnpserver/beta/0.9-update51p1/BubbleUPnPServer.jar only this is functioning) where one can convolve with a ffmpeg command. But it sounds not so good.

Was using MinimServer (now paid version) to do convolution DSP and out was good. The other option was JRiver, but I did not go there.

Have not tried SqueezeDSP, which is supposed to be inspired by CamillaDSP.

Note that I no longer use UPnP because of its security risks.

I also use MinimServer (mainly) but there I don't need convolution since my music files are already convolved with Aourate NAS. But for streaming from Qobuz MinimServer does not work. Since my whole system is optimized for UPnP (cables and switches and the player) I want to keep it as it is. I guess security problems are everywhere....my other computers are off when I listen to music.
If you found out how SqueezeDSP works would be nice....
JRiver - as far as I know - needs a screen to be configured so VNC is needed since I use the server edition of Ubuntu (with RT kernel). Thats the last option maybe.
