32bit UEFI device installation failed.

My mini pc is build with 32bit UEFI onboard (UEFI boot only, NO legacy BIOS).  

I download Snakeoil ISO - 1.1.0 (Blind Testing) and write to usbdisk , however can not boot up and install.

Now I am using ubuntu16 64bit with grub-install target=i386-efi, how can I install Snakeoil to this mini pc?

What's the error?

Can you check if you can find the IP address from your DHCP server and see if you can ping it?
