I have tested RC3 regarding remount NFS share now and I get almost the same result as with RC2, now it does not remount every time after an shutdown/restart I tried about 10 times and 8 times it remount. But the same problem could been there on RC also, I didn't test that many times before.
I have another idea, is it possible to use autofs (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Autofs)?, I have read good things about it and shall give it a try the next time I reinstall Linux Mint.
