Important Notice: Snakeoil Support and Troubleshooting

Issue tracking is now in gitlab, this gives me better management features. The link is at the top of this sub-forum, titled "Issue Tracking".

For general support and help, just post in this forum. Some general guidelines:

Write down your problem/issue/request in as much detail as you can. Be specific, straight to the point but do not miss out any critical information
Detailed step by step on how to re-create the problem above
Include your OS distribution (Raspbian, Ubuntu Server, Ubuntu Desktop, etc), and the current firmware you're using
A picture is worth a thousand words, use the "Add Image To Post" feature to easily attach pictures to your posts
Limit yourself to one problem per thread, it'd be easier for both of us. If you have multiple issues create multiple threads
Do a search in the forum and the manual and make sure if your issues hasn't already been raised or documented

Cutting down the paperwork means I have more time to develop and improve Snakeoil, and less time on support. Appreciate your help on this. Thanks

Our mission is to create a free to use computer OS that is easy to install, intuitive to operate and play music that will connect and engage with you emotionally.

SnakeoilOS gives you the freedom to spend more time on listening, enjoying and exploring music. Wasting time on computers is now a thing of the past! Everything is constantly evolving/improving. Please check back often for updates.
