Upsampling to 192k in MPD - Devgcl - 16-Mar-2023
Hi,
I saw a previous note (https://www.snakeoil-os.net/forums/Thread-How-to-resample-with-MPD) whereby if I want to upsample my files to 192k,i just needed to add a line in the mpd.conf file b(found it located at /var/www/scratch).
However, when i restarted the server, the config file got recreated and the change lost.
Is there any way I can upsample in Snakeoil
I use LMS, Upmpdcli and mpd only.

If you want to do this properly, you could use CamillaDSP. This thread documented my effort a few years ago. I may be able help you should run into trouble, but be warned that I do not have deep technical skills.

Thanks. I had a look at that thread in the past but daunted by the setups. Let me see if I can do it through the mpd configs first. If any clue from the direction, that would be helpful
