Gapless myMPD? - cpcat - 04-Feb-2023 Can’t find any settings to make myMPD gapless. Great otherwise but having fade-in fade-out on live recordings is not ideal. What format are you playing? The last time I used MPD I remember it's doing gapless by default. I've only used FLAC/WAV so unsure if gapless is a problem for other formats (e.g. MP3). RE: Gapless myMPD? - cpcat - 05-Feb-2023 I use WAV almost exclusively unless streaming. I found it- in myMPD on the queue page at the top is an icon- just to the right of the search box -that takes you to a choice between “playback” and “jukebox”. Under “playback” you have a list if various parameters - it defaults to enable cross fade . I set this value to zero and now it works gapless and without fade in /fade out. I am not sure what mixramp is but I left it at -1 as it would not zero for me. |
