Hi I would love to install Snakeoil on this machine X86 Atom but I'm stumped by not having a supported NIC Can anyone help with guidance on modifying the kernel or an iso that will fly.

Don't think any kernels support the I'd build a new kernel with support the Marvel network chipset.. I'd dig into this and build a custom kernel for you later today (in about 8 hours time from time of this post).

Try the Marvell kernel here. Instructions on how to modify your USB boot drive is in the same post. Let me know how it goes.

Network drivers working fine. Ubuntu installing with updates so its clearly connected to the Internet.

Snakeoil working fine. I haven't yet had a chance for a serious listen but it's all working
